As summer slowly sneaks away, Topeka locals prepares for the annual tradition of the Cider Days Fall Market, produced by Buzz Events. The festival will feature live entertainment, multiple vendors, and seasonal foods for the family to enjoy. The event is celebrating its 37th year running. Cider Days invites you to the fun on September 22 from 10 A.M to 6 P.M and on September 23rd from 10 A.M to 5 P.M at Landon Arena in the Kansas Expocentre.
The Fall Festival saw huge successes in previous years: tallying a crowd of over 12,000 guests, 250 booths, animal exhibits, and carnival rides. These rides are courtesy of local Topeka business, Carnival Guy Party Rental. Highlights for this year include: The Tasteful Olive, Chile Slinger, Cottonwood Creek Herbals, Two Bird Boutique, and a ‘food truck alley.’ The event page is also allowing registration for more vendors and businesses to set up shop. According to their Facebook page, Cider Days Fall Festival will be giving out a free swag bag to the first 100 guests at the Fall Festival as well as the chance to win an Apple Watch. One-day tickets start at $6 for the ‘early-bird’ general admission tickets, but guests under the age of 18 can enter the festival for free. In order to ride on any carnival rides, you will need to pay $11 for a ‘children’s activity wristband.’ This wristband allows for unlimited access to rides for the entire day!
